Last two days I have posted my most favorite foods which were not a good nutrition at all, because it has lot of meat and not a healthy diet.
But now I come to realized that, the month of July in our country is a nutrition month.
The month where most people here get sick, because it is a rainy season, and lots of floods and typhoons may come and go.


That's why we have to be aware of our nutrition in our everyday life.
This is  the best time what everyone ought to know about nutrition education.
Meaning we have to be nutritionist of our self.
