Junior Master Chef Pinoy Edition

The Junior Master Chef Pinoy Edition Full trailer. The first Junior Master chef  franchise in Asia

Junior Master Chef Pinoy edition was launch in ABS- CBN Television last Saturday August 20, 2011.I liked this show especially that I have the passion of culinary arts and besides I also love the show because my idol Judy Ann Santos was the one who hosted the Junior Master Chef show, together with the 3 great chefs in the Philippines.

Judy Ann Santos and I are passionate about culinary arts.  I idolized her more of being a talented actress and skillful in cooking and baking. She also loves kids like me, so that’s the reason why she accepted this show because she loves to teach culinary for kids. That’s also my dream to be master chef and teach culinary to anyone especially kids cooking classes.

It’s so fantastic watching kids knows how to cook at their very young age they already knew what they are passionate about in life. And they’re starting developing their skills to be great of culinary industry someday. Perhaps if I discovered my passions of cooking and baking earlier when I was still a kid maybe now I was one of the Philippine master chefs and cooking chef in the world.

Anyway, is not too late for me to be one of the  world class chef. As the saying goes, life begins at 40’s, so I still have a big hope to pursue my big dream and my deepest desire of culinary.

It is also the big question that I have in my mind.
How to start your own food business?
Well, of course first of all you have to be passionate about this thing.
Then learn and study what you are passionate about.
And develop your skills and passions.
I love cooking food and I have also a dream to have a food business especially healthy food restaurant would be fine for me.
Healthy green vegetables are good options for a good food business.
Do you ask why? Because I want to serve my passion of cooking and baking to the people with a healthy lifestyles by having a food business like this.

I really love baking, that is why I have also the desire to have a baking school of my own someday.
Especially teaching on kids baking and most of all be a school chef or having my online baking schools someday.
This is my greatest dream of all in my passion of baking and pastry.
I know that my passions and dreams in life will come true.
How about you? Are you passionate about baking? Then pursue your passion in life so that your dream will be fulfilled.
Before you can pursue your dream of course you have to practice your passion of baking by finding a perfect baking school while you are young.
Not like me,at this age still dreaming for my passion of baking. LOL

But it’s not too late for me to pursue my dreams.
While there’s still life, there is still a big hope, right?

7 Surprisingly World's Largest Cruise Ships

1. Allure of the Seas has
225,282 GT,  1,187.050 ft  (360 m) Length, 208 ft (64 m) Beam, 2,706 Staterooms, 5,412 DBL Capacity , 6,360 Max Capacity

Some cruise lines take the 'all' out of 'all-inclusive'

Rita's Cantina and Seafood Shack serve the type of food that ought to be included in the "all-inclusive" price in the first place. The menu at Rita's Cantina includes such glamorous items as chicken tacos ($2) and taco salad ($3), while Seafood Shack goes all fancy with a basket of grilled jumbo shrimp ($7). Cruise Critic says that these changes amount to a price hike, noting that a meal with guacamole, a quesadilla and grilled chicken that cost $8 in the winter now costs $11.25.
But, of course, that's because there's now ultra-premium restaurants, like Chops Grille. I'll agree that Chops Grille, with its selection of prime rib and lobster dishes, counts as a premium restaurant. I also agree that it's nice to have the option of splashing out on a fancy meal during a cruise. I'm willing to pay an extra cost for the meal, which is now $30 per person (a fee hiked by $5 this year).

When I was small, am very much happy while on board because of the inclusive food they offered during a cruise. Enjoying and eating on travel by cruise make me feel relax. But not all cruise lines offer such thing.

Oasis of the Seas Review

The ship features new-to-Royal Caribbean types of eateries that range from spa cuisine to elaborately staged food and wine pairings. Its entertainment district, a hub for late owls, offers ice skating and disco, comedy and jazz, and a three-tiered theater that features a 90-minute version of "Hairspray," the popular Tony Award-winning Broadway show. Particularly dazzling is the ship's AquaTheater, with its deepest-pool-at-sea, which serves as a platform for performers such as divers and synchronized swimmers.

Norwegian Cruise Line enhances excursions and dinning reservations

“Freestyle Cruising is about freedom and flexibility, and therefore we wanted to provide our guests with the choice and convenience of purchasing their shore excursions prior to their cruise, as well as making their specialty dining choices in advance, especially if they are celebrating a special occasion like a birthday or anniversary,” said Kevin Sheehan, Norwegian Cruise Line’s chief executive officer.  “Of course, they also have the option of waiting until they are on board to book shore excursions and reserve specialty dining choices.”

Comparing an apple with an orange

Comparing those two crossings of the Atlantic would be like comparing apples with oranges. The only similarity between them was that on both I travelled on an ocean of the same name. Even the ocean itself seems to have changed in the course of over 35 years.

Transatlantic cruises: The Queen and I

The 2,620-passenger RMS Queen Mary 2, launched in 2004, is still the largest ocean liner (as opposed to cruise ship) ever built, and a destination in its own right. Measuring 148,000 gross tons, it dwarves its smaller half-sisters Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria at 90,000 tons – not to mention the ill-fated Titanic at a comparative lightweight 46,000 tons. At 1,132 feet, it is as long as 36 double-decker buses, has a top speed of 30 knots and is the only ship to be officially licensed to carry the British Royal Mail, hence the correct title of RMS (Royal Mail Ship) Queen Mary 2.
