My Own Recipe of Native Cakes called "Puto"

SPECIAL PUTO CHEESE WITH COCOMILK I LOVE THIS RECIPE VERY DELICIOUS AND CREAMY IN TASTE. |
Ingredients:
3 Cups all Purpose Flour
1 1/2 C white Sugar
6 t. Baking Powder
2 Eggs
1/2 C. Evap milk
3/4 C. Coconut Milk
1/2 bar butter
1/2 bar cheese
Procedure:
Cream butter, add sugar and egg one at a time.
Add flour alternately with coco milk diluted with evaporated milk.
Pour in muffin molder with paper cups.
Top with cheese.
Steam for 15 to 20 minutes.
CHOCOLATE BROWNIES:

Ingredients:
1 1/2 C. melted butter
2 C. sugar
1/2 t. salt
6 eggs
1 C. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 C. all purpose flour
1 C peanuts, chopped
1 1/2 t. baking powder
Procedure:
Greased large rectangular pan, line with wax paper.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter & sugar.
Beat until blended. Add vanilla, salt, and eggs. Beat well
Combine cocoa ,baking powder and flour.
Pour the liquid mixture into the combined dry ingredients.
Mixing until smooth.
Stir in nuts. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 25- 30 minutes.
Cool in pan before slicing.
Filipino Native Cake called " Biko" Or Sweetened Glutinous Rice

Ingredients:
1 kl. glutinous rice
1/2 KL. brown sugar
2 pcs. coconut grated
1 t. anise seeds
Procedure:
1. Cook the glutinous rice. Set aside.
2. Compress the milk from the coconut. Add 1 Cup of water.
3. Boiled the coco milk with sugar until thick in texture.Add the anise seeds.
4. Combine the cooked glutinous rice into the cooked coco milk thick.
5. Remove from fire and transfer in a baking pan or molder to form a cake.
6. Decorate it with icing.
