Baking cake is not an easy task. Before I have many failures of baking a cake even just a simple recipe. I can not make it, for just one time of practicing. The cake always collapsed and burned, every time I baked and tried a recipe. But in constant practice makes it perfect. That's the secret of baking cakes .And also, You have to follow the measurement and the procedure of doing it. So that you will not be able to experience a lot of waste of time , effort and money for just practicing a single recipe. Perhaps 3 tries is enough, 20 times are so much.
I'm just very curious about Edible Cake Decorating of how it is done. Of how does Edible Cake Images work? I want to learn this kind of cake decorating. Cause I really like what I've seen on TV. Like the artist have their Image On Cake during their birthday celebration and any occasion they have. Or any Photocake and Edible Image Cake like these barbies here. Someday I'll have to do this and learn this skill of cake decorating which are very interesting and enjoyable for sure.
It's once again a celebration of mother's day special. The best time to plan a perfect mother's day cake for her. To show her how very special she is and feel her of how much you love her. All mother's are wonderful. They care for their children and family so much. Showing their unconditional love.

It has been my greatest dream to study in culinary arts and cake decorating class here in Philippines. It was during my high school life that I`ve discovered my Passions of Baking Cakes and the dream of Culinary arts and the interests of cake decorating.
We belong to a poor family. That`s why I have not yet been able to enroll my greatest dream in my life. Until now I still be in the process of achieving my passions of baking. Because,enrolling in Culinary Arts is very expensive especially in cake decorating. And besides we don`t have it,the culinary schools in the province of Leyte. Like the best Culinary Schools in the Country. Maybe in Manila and Cebu. Well,we have here just a simple one schools of baking cakes. But not the cake decorating Schools like I`ve seen in TV and internet. Anyway I see it on TV and internet. But it`s different if we can do it in actual. In self study of doing it needs a lot of practices, trials and errors. Plenty of wasting money, time and efforts.
As, Steve Jobs story that even he had dropped out in college. Still he succeeded in his life dreams. In spite the many trials and problems he has been encountered. Until now he`s still there very successful on his Apple company. Very rich now and famous of his businesses.

We are all Amazing in the eyes of God.
Everybody has a gift that we have to discover it in our life so that we can continue to reach our dreams.
Before I couldn't see how Amazing I was.
I thought that I was nothing at all. I've just discovered lately at my early thirty's that I'm good at many things.
Like I am good of baking cakes and baking pastries.
And anything about cooking and culinary arts.
That's the reason why, only at this age 42 I was able to continue my dreams and passions of baking.
Before, I easily give up. If I encountered many trials in my life.
I was very afraid of doing what I wanted in my life .
Because I kept on believing of what others had telling me that I'm not good , has no skills, talent and etc.
That's why, I was stuck for years of pursuing my very important dreams in my life, that God wants me to be.
Now, I realized that I don't have to listen what other`s people say about me because I know who I am.
God said that I'm Lovely , Amazing and wonderful human being.
That we are amazing then and now.

I'm not a type of person that easily smiles.Since I was a little girl, I am a moody person.I got angry easily.That's why I only had a few playmates and friends.
I Had observed that I had so many illnesses and I look so old and terrible.Some people says that I'm unapproachable because I'm not smiling at them.
But now, I realized that it was a bad habit. Not smiling brings a negative outlook in life and give much stress and depressions.
Smile: What It can Do for You
.Smiling inspires others, because when you smile at them they will feel loved and adored. So, they will feel comfortable being with you.
.There's one thing I bear in mind since then, that we have to be happy always. Not because life is full of reasons to smile but because your smile is a reason for someone to be happy.
